Exist 9" duct @ 177 cfm. Should the 24 LSD-2S @ 8"/ 199 cfm or the 12-LSD-3S @ 10"/195cfm be used?

Website shows a reducer can be used, so not sure if that means "reduce" only... ie... 10" to a 9" or if there is an "increaser" 8" to a 9"?

The 12-LSD-3S @ 10" (195 CFM) would be the better option since its flex is 10", which can be reduced down to 9" if needed. The reducer on the website is meant to reduce the duct size, so you can go from 10" to 9", but not the other way around (no "increaser" from 8" to 9").
