If you wish to reduce the airflow, you can manually alter the position of the black blades with either your hands or a suitable tool. Reopening the diffuser is equally simple. Utilize a flat, stiff tool like a plastic spatula or knife. Insert the tool between the black blade and the diffuser's white face and push towards the middle. For a more targeted airflow, tweak one blade to a more open position and another to a more closed position within the same slot.
